How is our glaze made?

To make each bite of Iced Panettone crunchy, we add a glaze of sugar, egg whites (from eggs from free-range chickens), hazelnut kernels, bitter armelline flour and rice flour. All these ingredients together make it irresistible.

Is it suitable for a gift?

Our Panettoni are all designed to help our customers give sweet gifts to their loved ones. Packaging such as that of our Iced are hand-finished by our artisans to make each product unique and authentic.

Wheat flour, rasins 15%, frosting 12% (sugar, pasteurised egg white, hazelnut flour, armelline flour, rice flour), candied orange peel 10% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), butter, pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, natural sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, salt, enzymes (contains wheat), natural flavouring (contains milk), malted wheat flour, natural vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
May contain mustard, soya, almonds, pistachios.

Flamigni’s classic panettoni are crafted by master pastry chefs who follow artisanal methods, respecting the time-honored techniques and processes of tradition. The long natural fermentation process, lasting over 48 hours, gives the cake a soft, fragrant texture, enhanced by select ingredients such as premium Turkish or Australian sultanas, candied orange peel, and natural vanilla extract from the Mananara reserve in Madagascar. Each panettone is kneaded with care and precision to ensure a product that preserves the authentic flavor of Christmas.
