For both Panettone dough and Zabaglione cream, we always prefer eggs from free-range hens that fall under the “A” categorization. This, to guarantee our customers the highest quality of the chosen ingredients and the attention of every part of the supply chain.
Not only zabaglione
Zabaglione cream would have been more than enough to make our Panettone exquisite. At Flamigni, however, we never take the subject of sweetness lightly! Therefore, we also added a dark chocolate and milk chocolate flake coating. That said, do you think you can resist it?
