No problem: among our Panettone varieties there are also many options without candied fruit, including the Panettone with only Raisins inside. In fact, the sweet and tart flavor of the raisins makes this Panettone very pleasing to the palate and never cloying. Perfect to pair with a good sweet wine during the Christmas holidays.

What is the reason for its softness?

By using our sourdough starter and choosing a totally natural leavening process for our Panettone without candied fruit, we guarantee an extremely soft and honeycombed result. The irregularities in the dough, visible when cutting a slice of Panettone, are therefore the secret of its irresistible goodness.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, raisins 22%, frosting 11% (sugar, pasteurized egg white, hazelnut kernels, bitter armelline flour, rice flour), butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, granulated sugar, natural sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin; salt, malted wheat flour, natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
