Made with meticulous attention to detail starting with its colorful packaging, the Gin Tonic Panettone is the result of 100% natural leavening made exclusively with the use of sourdough starter. The softness and lightness of the panettone are the result of a process that takes time and dedication, ensuring a perfect texture that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
Gin cream 26% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, palm oil, egg yolk, Gin, skim milk powder, cream powder, flavoring, thickener: pectin; preservative: potassium sorbate; salt), wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, natural sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin; sugar syrup, salt, malted wheat flour, natural flavors, natural vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
Decorating ingredients 14.5%:
White chocolate 10.5 percent (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor), meringue crumbs 4 percent (sugar, pasteurized egg whites, wheat starch).
May contain mustard, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.
