Dating back to the late nineteenth century, this delicacy is made with an authentic recipe that combines generous amounts of eggs and fresh cream butter and a slow, meticulous leavening process that gives Offella a light, crumbly texture capable of evoking the unmistakable taste of pastries of yesteryear.
A little secret to enjoying it at its best
To enhance its incredible softness, we recommend that you warm “Cometti” Offella slightly in a warm room or near a heat source for a few minutes before serving. This simple step will release all its aromas and enliven its soft texture, providing an even richer and more enveloping taste experience.

Wheat flour, butter (milk), fresh eggs, sugar, amaretto crumbs 6 percent (sugar, apricot almonds 1.2 percent of the finished product, egg white, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate; natural flavor), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; fresh pasteurized whole milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), almond crumbs 2 percent, fresh egg yolk, salt, flavorings. Ingredients powdered sugar sachet (5%): sugar, wheat starch, flavorings.
