The careful choice of 100% natural leavening made with sourdough combined with high-quality flours with an exceptional strength-elasticity ratio and a high protein content allows us to make each of our Colomba extraordinarily soft, rich in irregular alveoli, and infused with distinctive and matchless flavors.

Have you purchased or received one of our Colombe? Don’t forget to consume it within 5-7 days of opening and store it inside its original packaging, preferably at a temperature between 16 and 20 degrees Celsius.
