WHOLEMEAL PANETTONE WITH CANDIED PEAR AND CORINTH RAISINS without candied citrus. Natural leavened product, subject to weight loss.

INGREDIENTS: Whole wheat flour 26%, candied pear cubes 16% (pear  52,5%, glucose-fructose syrup, saccharose, concentrated lemon juice), Corinth raisins 11%, butter, egg yolk, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (contains wheat) ,emulsifiers: natural mono and diglycerides of fatty acids-sunflower lecithin, acacia honey, salt, wheat malt, natural flavour, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans.

ICING INGREDIENTS 17%: sugar, almonds 13%, egg white, hazelnuts, apricot kernels, rice flour. Contains: wheat, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts.

May contain traces of soy and other nuts. It does not contain G.M.O.
